The HT series is a heavy-duty turret turning center, specifically designed for heavy cutting of large discs and shafts. The tailstock and sub-spindle rail parts are all integrally cast and have undergone reinforcement and optimization treatment. The extra-wide bed is more conducive to improving processing stability and is particularly suitable for turning and milling compound processing requirements. The 45° inclined saddle, combined with large-sized roller linear guides and precision-grade ball screws, enables it to handle various processing tasks and maintain the bed accuracy for a long time. By applying finite element analysis (FEM), the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs in the castings are optimized to achieve the best bed strength, making the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and extending the tool's service life. |
