It features strong rigidity and good precision retention. The entire machine tool is professionally designed and manufactured with the main focus on low center of gravity, anti-twist, anti-rust, heavy cutting, and high material removal efficiency. By applying finite element analysis (FEM), the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs of the castings are optimized to achieve the best bed strength. Additionally, the base and Z-axis column have been specially reinforced to make the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and increase the tool life.of the castings, making the bed strength optimal. Additionally, special reinforcement structures are applied to the Y-axis base and Y-axis column to make the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and increase the tool life. |
